In January 2019, the FIA celebrated its &quot;Hall of Fame&quot; at Place de la Concorde in Paris. Dedicated to the World Rally Championship and its World Champions, this Hall of Fame gathered together the WRC family and its community of fans for a time travel ceremony, showcasing the different models that have marked rallying history.

 
We helped the FIA in this project, bringing our event expertise to the table and providing comprehensive support: coordinating the entire scenography and Facebook live broadcast, greeting journalists and guests, and curating the exhibition of 6 World Championship winning models.

Bringing the WRC community together

FIA – WRC Hall of Fame

Among the different monuments of Milan, the famous &quot;Scala&quot; is particularly emblematic. We chose this icon of Italian culture as the venue of the annual convention of the brand&#39;s French network, bringing together 350 Toyota dealers.

 
As part of the programme: one half-day meeting to reveal the two new strategic models of the brand, three workshops and one festive evening to thank the network, conveying Toyota&rsquo;s various key messages for the coming year.

90 European journalists gathered in the south of France to discover the new version of the legendary &quot;Mustang Bullitt&quot;, hero car in the iconic eponymous film (1968).

 
Participants stayed at the Cap d&#39;Antibes Beach Hotel, a 5-star hotel privatised for the event, they tested the car on the Route Napol&eacute;on, and enjoyed an exclusive outdoor screening of Bullitt on the beachfront, in the evening.

On-track taxi drives and exchanges with the players

The guests first went to the Driving Center track, within the Paul Ricard Circuit, for a series of taxi drives on board Porsche Cayman models. After this driving session, they then had the opportunity to meet and exchange with the RCT players, in privatised areas within the track&rsquo;s site. It was a unique moment, which ended how it should, that is to say with a cocktail dinner.

The Rugby Club Toulonnais, a club playing in French Top 14, wished to invite all of its partners to the Paul Ricard Circuit in Le Castellet, for an exclusive evening at the heart of the track&rsquo;s site.

A unique and unusual event, offering a change of scene and relaxing activities.

In order to discover all of those, the guests got immersed in the best conditions. As soon as they arrived, they had the luxury to stay in Alila Jabal Akhdar, one of the most impressive 5* hotels in the world, 2,000 metres above sea level, overlooking a spectacular gorge and facing the Hajar Mountains. &nbsp;

&nbsp;

During their stay, they discovered the Nizwa fort, visited one of the oldest souks in the Arab world, and enjoyed a cruise along the coast.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Many relaxing activities also completed their experience, allowing everyone to make the most of the hotel&rsquo;s incredible facilities.
