As one of the world&rsquo;s most, if not the most, environmentally-friendly city, Copenhagen is the ideal venue for brands wishing to highlight energy-related commitments. Leader in the field of hybrid mobility, Toyota is one of them. This is why we opted for Copenhagen to host the 2017 national convention for the brand&rsquo;s French network.

 
The event took place at a former warehouse dedicated to locomotive repair, which had a strong industrial character. There, we enhanced the different messages that the brand wanted to convey to its sales forces.

A unique and unusual event, offering a change of scene and relaxing activities.

In order to discover all of those, the guests got immersed in the best conditions. As soon as they arrived, they had the luxury to stay in Alila Jabal Akhdar, one of the most impressive 5* hotels in the world, 2,000 metres above sea level, overlooking a spectacular gorge and facing the Hajar Mountains. &nbsp;

&nbsp;

During their stay, they discovered the Nizwa fort, visited one of the oldest souks in the Arab world, and enjoyed a cruise along the coast.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Many relaxing activities also completed their experience, allowing everyone to make the most of the hotel&rsquo;s incredible facilities.

Oman is a country that has remained unknown to all for a long time. But recently, this began to change, revealing a welcoming people, spectacular landscapes and an extraordinary cultural heritage.

A special time at the heart of a vineyard

The participants arrived at Ch&acirc;teau Maravenne, in the Var region, and enjoyed an exclusive day at the heart of the organic vineyard. Their special programme included: off-road driving within the site on board Premium SUVs, lunch on the privatised terrace, technical workshops, and wine tasting.

Focus and Fiesta are two of Ford&rsquo;s top-selling and strategic models. The brand wanted to highlight them to European journalists via an official launch event that we coordinated in the south of France.

 
The event took place at the Terre Blanche Hotel, a 5* resort in the Var region (France), and lasted three weeks, gathering together over 1,000 journalists and influencers to discover and test the new Ford Focus and Ford Fiesta. We set up a 600m&sup2; tent within the hotel grounds where the cars were presented every day.

An event combining professional visit and discovery of the city.

Divided into 2 groups, the participants first followed a guided tour of the Volkswagen Autoeuropa assembly plant, one of the most modern sites in Europe in the automotive sector, led by an interpreter. Then, they toured the city, discovering its most emblematic districts in an unusual way: on board &ldquo;tuk-tuks&rdquo; or &ldquo;GoCars&rdquo;.

&nbsp;

Tasting &quot;Pasteis de Nata&quot;, travelling across the city using its famous tramway, going up the famous &ldquo;Pilar 7&rdquo; to the panoramic view point bridge, meeting a traditional &quot;Tuna&quot;... Nothing was left to chance so that participants could experience the real Lisbon and feel what the city is made of.

2-day programme for 90 people

In November 2018, 90 Volkswagen authorised repairers, enjoyed a 2-day trip to Lisbon, capital of Portugal.

For the modern part of this incentive, the participants had the chance to appreciate a 360&deg; panorama of Dubai from the top of Burj Khalifa, highest building in the world (828 metres). They also discovered the immensity of Dubai Mall, and visited the biggest Lamborghini dealership on the planet.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

On the traditional side, they discovered the Gold and Bastakiah souks, had lunch with an Emirati, and enjoyed a camel back ride which took them to the middle of the desert where they spent an amazing evening in a camp set up just for them.

&nbsp;

The whole experience was also completed by a visit to Abu Dhabi, the Emirates must-see capital, allowing them all to discover Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque at sunset as well as the Louvres Abu Dhabi, famous museum designed by Jean Nouvel.

5-day and 4-night programme for 120 people

This incentive took place in Dubai. Once an arid desert, the emirate is now one of the most dynamic countries on the planet, with futuristic buildings, artificial islands and luxurious hotels.
